Instructions
- Prepare the Eggs: Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat or coat with cooking spray. Whisk the eggs, egg whites, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cook the mixture in the skillet until just set, about 2–3 minutes.
