Marinade:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Kebabs:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate Chicken: Place chicken in a bag, pour in half of the marinade, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Prep Grill: Soak wooden skewers and preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Assemble Kebabs: Thread chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill: Grill kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning and brushing with reserved marinade.
