Kunafa Nests:
- 200g kunafa dough (shredded phyllo)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Gulab Jamun:
- 12 mini gulab jamuns (store-bought or homemade)
Sugar Syrup:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water or cardamom powder
Garnish:
- Chopped pistachios
- Edible rose petals (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Prepare Kunafa Nests: Fluff and coat kunafa dough with melted butter. Press portions into muffin cups to form nests. Bake until golden and crisp.
- Make Sugar Syrup: Boil sugar and water, then add rose water or cardamom. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Assemble: Drizzle nests with syrup, place a gulab jamun in each, and garnish with pistachios and rose petals.
- Serve: Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Make ahead and assemble just before serving to maintain crispness.
