- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
For the tzatziki sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber (squeezed dry)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, red onion, parsley, dill, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until just combined. Form into small meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook meatballs for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Make the tzatziki sauce: Mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and olive oil. Chill until serving.
- Serve: Enjoy warm meatballs with tzatziki sauce!
