- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra cheese and herbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the filling: Mix sour cream, butter, garlic, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Scoop out potato insides and combine with the garlic mixture.
- Stuff the potatoes: Spoon the filling back into the potato shells. Top with extra cheese if desired.
