- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces fresh or dried ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet if using instant)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook noodles until just tender, then drain and set aside.

- Cook Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet over high heat until browned. Remove from pan.
