3 to 4 pounds chuck roast,
Seasoning:

Flavor Enhancers:
1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup dry red wine (optional), 2 cups beef broth,

Instructions
- Preheat and Season: Preheat oven to 300°F. Pat the chuck roast dry, season with salt and pepper.
