Egg Bites:

- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
