Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Add the frozen peaches, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, water, and a pinch of salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend: Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If too thick, add water gradually until a sorbet-like consistency is achieved.
- Serve or Freeze: Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze in an airtight container for 1–2 hours for a firmer sorbet.
