Ground Beef Mixture:
1 lb ground beef, 1 small onion (diced), 3 cloves garlic (minced), 1 (24 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, olive oil (for boiling noodles)
Cheese Mixture:
1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese, 1 large egg, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Lasagna Noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Add marinara sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
