Black Bean Salsa Soup:
- 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup prepared salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
- 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the black beans, salsa, broth, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
