- 36 small chocolate or candy eggs (such as mini malted milk eggs or jelly beans)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the chow mein noodles until evenly coated.
- Shape the Nests: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping each into a small nest with a hollow center.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Add Toppings: While cookies are still warm, melt the chocolate chips or candy melts. Drizzle melted chocolate over each nest and place 3 small chocolate or candy eggs in the center of each.
- Cool and Serve: Allow to cool completely before serving.
