Brownie Base:

- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 2 cups pink candy melts or white chocolate tinted pink
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to temperature listed on brownie mix package. Prepare brownies according to package directions in a 9×13-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Bake and cool completely.
- Melt Candy Coating: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy melts or white chocolate with heavy cream in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in coconut extract if using.
- Assemble: Spread marshmallows evenly over cooled brownies. Pour melted candy mixture over the marshmallows and spread evenly. Immediately sprinkle shredded coconut over the top, pressing lightly so it adheres.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before slicing into squares.

- For a more authentic Sno Ball texture, use pink-tinted shredded coconut.
