Brownie Base:
- 1 box (18–19 oz) brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on box (usually eggs, oil, and water)
Marshmallow Coconut Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- red or pink food coloring (optional)
Optional Chocolate Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare Brownie Base: Preheat oven to 350°F, grease a 9×9-inch pan, prepare brownie batter, pour into pan, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Make Marshmallow Coconut Topping: Melt marshmallows, sugar, and water in a saucepan, stir until smooth, remove from heat, add vanilla and food coloring, then fold in coconut.
- Assemble: Spread marshmallow coconut mixture over warm brownies, cool completely.
- Add Optional Topping: Melt chocolate chips, drizzle over brownies, chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes, then slice and enjoy!
Notes
- For a more traditional Sno Ball flavor, use pink food coloring and coconut extract.
