Description

These Delicious Sno Ball Brownies are a fun and nostalgic treat that combines the rich chocolatey goodness of brownies with the sweet, coconut-marshmallow flavor of Sno Balls. Perfect for parties or a special dessert, these brownies are sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike.

Brownie Base:

  • 1 box (18–19 oz) brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on box (usually eggs, oil, and water)

Marshmallow Coconut Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • red or pink food coloring (optional)

Optional Chocolate Drizzle:

  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare Brownie Base: Preheat oven to 350°F, grease a 9×9-inch pan, prepare brownie batter, pour into pan, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
  2. Make Marshmallow Coconut Topping: Melt marshmallows, sugar, and water in a saucepan, stir until smooth, remove from heat, add vanilla and food coloring, then fold in coconut.
  3. Assemble: Spread marshmallow coconut mixture over warm brownies, cool completely.
  4. Add Optional Topping: Melt chocolate chips, drizzle over brownies, chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes, then slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a more traditional Sno Ball flavor, use pink food coloring and coconut extract.
