Chicken Nuggets:
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken with buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Dredging Station: Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, coat in flour, dip in egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the Nuggets: Heat oil to 350°F, fry nuggets in batches until golden and cooked through.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For an air-fried version, spray coated nuggets with oil and cook in a preheated air fryer at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- You can also season the breadcrumb coating with Parmesan or herbs for extra flavor.
