Chicken Nuggets:

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken with buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
