Ingredients
Potatoes:
1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes (halved or quartered if large)
Seasonings:
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Toppings:
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Toss Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Cook Potatoes: Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy outside and tender inside.

- Yukon gold or red potatoes work well.
