  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Apples: Peel and core the apples, then slice them into fry-sized strips.
  2. Mix the Flour and Spices: In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Beat the Eggs: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Coat with Breadcrumbs: In another bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and sugar. Dredge each apple slice in the flour mixture, dip in the egg, then coat in the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
