Rice:

  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup basmati rice, rinsed
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
