Lobster Tails:
- 4 lobster tails (about 5–6 ounces each)
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the lobster tails: Cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and pull the meat out, keeping it attached. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
