- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- juice of 1 lime
- crispy tortilla strips (for garnish)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and bell peppers, cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Add spices (cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper) and coat the vegetables.
- Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes, then add beans, corn, and chicken. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Finish with lime juice and adjust seasoning. Serve hot, topped with tortilla strips and cilantro.

- Rotisserie chicken works great in this recipe for convenience.
