- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into bite-sized pieces
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil: In a large soup pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, add olive oil.
- Cook sausage: Add Italian sausage, cook until browned, breaking it up.
- Add onion and garlic: Sauté chopped onion and garlic until softened.

- Cook noodles: Add broken lasagna noodles, cook for 10–12 minutes until tender.
