  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  3. Add mix-ins: Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them a few inches apart.
  4. Add marshmallow creme: Using a spoon, swirl about 1/2 teaspoon of marshmallow creme into the top of each dough ball.
  5. Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
  6. Cool and serve: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
