Fried Chicken:

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Blue Cheese Slaw:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 brioche buns
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
- Dredge and Fry: Dredge marinated chicken in flour mixture and fry until golden and cooked through.
- Coat with Buffalo Sauce: Whisk together buffalo sauce and melted butter. Brush over fried chicken.
- Prepare Slaw: Combine cabbage, carrots, blue cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss to coat.
