Chicken Diane:

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden brown.
