Sauce & Chicken:

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (diced or shredded)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Topping & Garnish:

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta and broccoli. Sauté garlic in butter. Prepare sauce with cream, Parmesan, seasonings.
