- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
For the topping:
- 3 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
