For the Chicken Filling:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Butter or cooking spray for toasting
Instructions
- Sauté Garlic: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Mix Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sautéed garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
- Prepare Wraps: Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it across the center of each. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if using. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly into wraps.
- Cook Wraps: Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat with butter or cooking spray. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
