Cheesy Crab Rangoon Dip:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 6 ounces lump crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
- Extra green onions and sweet chili sauce for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or small oven-safe skillet.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in mozzarella, cheddar, green onions, and crab meat.
- Bake: Transfer mixture to the baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with extra green onions and sweet chili sauce if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
- To make wonton chips, cut wonton wrappers into triangles, brush with oil, and bake at 375°F for 5–7 minutes until crisp.
