Cheesy Crab Rangoon Dip:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 6 ounces lump crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
  • Extra green onions and sweet chili sauce for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or small oven-safe skillet.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in mozzarella, cheddar, green onions, and crab meat.
  3. Bake: Transfer mixture to the baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with extra green onions and sweet chili sauce if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes
