Main Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ounces raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 4 ounces lump crab meat
Cheese Mixture:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook Aromatics: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
- Cook Seafood: Add chopped shrimp and cook until pink. Remove from heat and stir in crab meat.
- Mix Cheese: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Old Bay, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: Fold in spinach, shrimp, crab, mozzarella, and half the Parmesan. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake: Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with tortilla chips, crostini, or vegetables.

- You can prepare this dip ahead of time and bake just before serving.
- Substitute canned or imitation crab if fresh is unavailable.
