Description

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 4 ounces lump crab meat

Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook Aromatics: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Cook Seafood: Add chopped shrimp and cook until pink. Remove from heat and stir in crab meat.
  4. Mix Cheese: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Old Bay, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Fold in spinach, shrimp, crab, mozzarella, and half the Parmesan. Transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Bake: Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve: Enjoy hot with tortilla chips, crostini, or vegetables.
