Instructions

- Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Toss and Chill: Pour the dressing over the cauliflower mixture, toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
