Pretzel Bites:

  • 40 small pretzels

Caramel Filling:

  • 20 soft caramels (unwrapped)
  • ½ cup finely diced dried apples

White Chocolate Coating:

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange half of the pretzels on the sheet.
  2. Bake with Caramel: Place one caramel on each pretzel and bake for 4–5 minutes until caramels soften. Remove from oven, press diced apples onto caramels, and top with a second pretzel.
  3. Melt White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in cinnamon.
  4. Coat Pretzel Bites: Dip or drizzle pretzel bites with white chocolate. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Let cool until set.
