- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)

- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
Cheese:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the chicken: Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning and sauté in olive oil until cooked through. Set aside.
- Cook the vegetables: In the same skillet, cook bell peppers and garlic until softened.
- Make the cream sauce: Add cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir until smooth. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Combine and bake: Return the chicken to the skillet, add cooked pasta, season, then transfer to a baking dish. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
