Instructions
- Prepare the Tomato Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and fresh basil.
- Allow Flavors to Blend: Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Final Touch: Just before serving, stir in the Parmesan if desired. Serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers for dipping.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Sprinkle in salt and pepper, then stir well to combine.
