For the vanilla fudge layer:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the custard layer:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
For the chocolate topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Pour into prepared dish and spread evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, and heavy cream until thickened. Spread over the chilled fudge layer and return to the fridge for 15–20 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth and glossy. Pour over the custard layer and smooth the top. Chill for at least 2 hours or until fully set. Cut into squares and serve.
