  • 8 oz cremini or shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pound baby bok choy, halved or quartered lengthwise

Sauce and Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon water (as needed)
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat Oils: Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a skillet or wok. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Cook Mushrooms: Add mushrooms, cook until browned.
  3. Add Bok Choy: Add bok choy, stir-fry until wilted.
  4. Make Sauce: Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and black pepper. Add water if needed.
  5. Finish and Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
