- 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping:
- 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the Casserole: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and layer half of the bread cubes and berries.
- Mix the Egg Mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the bread and berries.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
