Description

Indulge in the creamy, fruity goodness of this delightful Banana Split Fluff. A no-bake dessert that combines banana pudding with whipped topping, pineapple, strawberries, marshmallows, and more for the perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Fluff:

  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pudding Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cold milk and banana pudding mix until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully combined. Gently stir in the drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, sliced strawberries, banana slices, chopped nuts, and mini chocolate chips.
  3. Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to chill. Top with maraschino cherries just before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • To prevent bananas from browning, add them just before serving or toss them in a bit of lemon juice.
  • You can swap in chopped fresh pineapple or use different nuts depending on preference.
  • This dessert is best served cold and eaten the same day.
