Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Stir in the eggs.
- Add the Flour: Gradually mix in the flour and salt until a dough forms. Knead in the softened butter until smooth. Let rise for 1-2 hours.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix brown sugar, softened butter, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Assemble the Rolls: Roll out the dough, spread the filling, and roll it into a log. Cut into slices and place in a greased pan. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Glaze: In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the warm rolls.
