Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Stir in sour cream and milk. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
