  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

  3. Dredge and Coat: Dredge each zucchini slice in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
