Egg Mixture:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham
  • 2 tablespoons diced bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Nonstick spray or silicone egg mold

Instructions

  1. Prepare Egg Mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese, meat, bell pepper, and spinach.
  2. Fill Mold: Spray egg bite mold with nonstick spray. Fill each cup 3/4 full with egg mixture.
  3. Cook: Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Place mold in the basket and cook for 10–12 minutes until set.
