Egg Mixture:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham
- 2 tablespoons diced bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional:
- Nonstick spray or silicone egg mold
Instructions
- Prepare Egg Mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese, meat, bell pepper, and spinach.
- Fill Mold: Spray egg bite mold with nonstick spray. Fill each cup 3/4 full with egg mixture.
- Cook: Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Place mold in the basket and cook for 10–12 minutes until set.
- Serve: Allow to cool before serving warm.
