- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Mix the Burger: In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cook the Patties: Place the patties in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Add Cheese: Add cheese during the last minute if desired.
- Rest and Serve: Remove burgers and let them rest for 2–3 minutes. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches if needed.
- For juicier burgers, avoid overmixing the beef.
- Toast buns in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes after the burgers are done.
