Scale
Ingredients:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles (plus more for topping)
- red and blue gel food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- Melt Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Combine and Swirl: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sprinkles. For a swirled look, divide the fudge mixture into three bowls, tint one with red food coloring and one with blue, and leave one white. Drop spoonfuls of each color into the prepared pan and swirl gently with a knife.
- Chill and Serve: Top with extra sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Lift fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
Notes:
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- You can add 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract for a slightly different flavor.
